EL-103 Sea Spray

A two-tone glaze, inspired by aspects of nature, with a main and a secondary color called a float. When applied to detail pieces, the float color will appear in the crevices. Designed to simulate the aesthetic, movement and interest of mid-range and high fire glazes in a cone 06/05 oxidation kiln firing. Give artists a wide variety of options in one product, as glaze application, firing temperature and shape will influence the outcome of finished work.
ON THE LEFT:
Cone: 06
Finish: Gloss, semi-transparent blueish gray glaze that breaks a darker, blueish gray with yellowing.
Dinnerware Safe: Yes (When properly applied and fired to proper cone)
BELOW:
Cone: 6
Finish: Changes to an opaque cream that breaks over texture and pools mint green. (Surface issues may occur.)
