Return Policy
No returns or exchanges
We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 450-687-4046 ext. 22 and provide us with the details of the product and its defect. Once we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and inform you by email, within a reasonable time, whether the defect entitles you to a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund its purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.
Expedition
You must obtain an authorization number before shipping your product. Please send the item you purchased and wish to return to the following address: 2860 Le Corbusier, Laval, Quebec, H7L 3S1
Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges that appear on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns must be paid in advance, and you are also responsible for insurance costs. You are responsible for any loss and damage to the equipment that occurs during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The amounts refunded will therefore not include the cost of delivery.
